Two note sections, one open and the other with a full width zipped pocket, provide space for all UK and Euro banknotes. The zip is smooth, free running and discreet. The transformation from raw hides into a durable material is a slow process that takes place in wooden drums using natural tannins extracted from chestnut or Argentinean quebracho trees. Despite modern technologies and machines nearly forty days are needed to transform raw hides into unique vegetable-tanned leathers.
