The term Metroland was used in the early part of the 20th century to describe the suburban areas served by the Metropolitan Railway. It was used in literature, song and verse to express the social mobility and aspirations of the era. This vibrant design portrays the idealised, leafy housing developments of London's suburbs in the 1920s.
Unlike many other artwork products that are made from plastic or cloth our oyster card/travel pass holders are genuine leather. The design is printed on the leather in the UK with a high quality finish that is both durable and colour fast
The slim-fold card holder has two clear windows allowing the user to display the cards without removing them. There is a separate leather covered pocket on the outer rear of the holder. Leather bound edges to the window pocket add to the durabilty of the holder. The card/pass holder has a fabric lining and comes with a gift box.
